Associate Recruiter, Recruiting – Amazon (Hyderabad)

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for various roles based on job skills and requirements.

- Build and maintain an active candidate pool for future hiring needs, ensuring great candidate experience throughout the process.
- Plan and coordinate events, assessments, and interviews for potential candidates.
- Review and evaluate applications to determine if candidates meet the requirements for specific positions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- 6+ months of experience in human resources.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in human resources.
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications.
