Manager - RT CDP (Real-Time Customer Data Platform) - Bangalore, India
ITC Limited is seeking an experienced Manager to lead their RT CDP strategy in Bangalore. This role is crucial for developing and implementing a comprehensive CDP strategy that aligns with ITC's business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- CDP Strategy: Develop a comprehensive CDP strategy aligned with ITC’s business goals. Advocate for the benefits of an Enterprise CDP approach and educate stakeholders on its flexibility and scalability advantages.
- Digital Marketing Technology: Evaluate and select solutions for data ingestion, management, activation, and other CDP functionalities, keeping in mind the Adobe ecosystem.
- Collaboration and Integration: Foster strong collaboration across marketing, sales, IT, and customer success to ensure alignment and adoption. Integrate AEP and its application solutions with Adobe Experience cloud solutions.
- Campaign Management: Roll out complex data-driven marketing campaigns, drive requirements and design to identify workable solutions, and ensure alignment of CDP implementation with business objectives.
- Data Governance: Define data governance strategies and security protocols for the CDP ecosystem. Ensure compliance with CCPA, GDPR, and other data protection acts.
Skills and Requirements:
- Qualifications: Good understanding of Digital Media and Data. Experience with RT CDP tech (Adobe, Treasure Data, Lytics, etc.) and exposure to the Adobe suite.
- Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing technology and data platforms.
- Certifications Preferred: Adobe Realtime CDP Business Practitioner, Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Real-Time CDP.
