As a Process Analyst in Recruitment, you will be responsible for delivering RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) services, engaging with clients, and working closely with IBM's operations management team. You will play a crucial role in sourcing and identifying top talent, ensuring that recruitment processes run smoothly, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement:
Define, document, and build hiring forecasts in collaboration with stakeholders and hiring managers. Set Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure alignment with recruitment objectives.Sourcing Strategies:
Implement innovative sourcing methods, including social media and other channels, to generate a qualified pool of candidates. Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment process.Talent Screening:
Perform thorough screening of candidates, ensuring that they meet the selection criteria, and maintain accurate and up-to-date status in the ATS.Collaboration and Mentorship:
Work closely with business heads to set weekly, quarterly, and yearly recruitment goals. Mentor and coach support teams to ensure recruitment targets are met, fostering a collaborative workplace environment.Client Relationships:
Participate in client meetings to build lasting relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the Operations Director and Client Relationship Director to drive recruiting excellence.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
Recruitment Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment practices, ideally within ITES, BPO, or Finance and Accounting sectors.Stakeholder Management:
Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer stages.Sourcing Skills:
Demonstrable experience in sourcing candidates through social media and other innovative channels.Collaborative Mindset:
Ability to collaborate and hold difficult conversations with stakeholders while maintaining strong relationships.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:
Corporate or Consultancy Experience:
Experience in direct sourcing within a corporate or RPO setup is a strong plus.Technology Proficiency:
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is an advantage.Adaptability and Time Management:
Proven ability to manage change and work under tight deadlines, demonstrating excellent time management skills.Interpersonal Skills:
Demonstrated ability to work within a team, contributing to shared goals and collaborating effectively.
