Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.
Experience:
- 9-13 years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of experience in managing and building teams.
- Experience in developing multi-threaded and high-performance code at the system level for popular client operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving, coding, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-group collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in an agile environment with a quick learning capability.
- Security or antimalware software expertise is a plus, though not required.
Responsibilities:
Leadership:
- Work closely with other security engineering disciplines to plan, architect, design, implement, and validate security products and features.
