Job Description: Service Delivery Manager

Location: United Kingdom

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer-Facing Role: Based at the customer location, act as the single point of contact for customer interactions, representing Hexaware.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Ensure efficient and timely delivery of infrastructure services with a team working 24x7.
  • Team Leadership: Lead over 100 technical members across geographies, driving and mentoring the team to perform as per contract.
  • Technology and Infrastructure Management: Understand and manage Service Desk, NOC, SOC, DC, security, EUC, Workplace, DBs, Cloud, and process teams.
  • Cost and Revenue Management: Manage costs while focusing on improving revenue and gross margin.
  • Project Leadership: Provide leadership to project staff, including project engineers, vendors, and partners.
  • Service Management: Conduct trend analysis for incident, problem, and change management, ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded.
  • Client Communication: Drive and lead customer calls on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Audit and Compliance: Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ITIL and Agile methodologies.
  • Incident Management: Be a part of Priority 1 incidents and attend CAB meetings as required.
  • Staff Management: Oversee staff performance evaluations, promotions, hiring, and disciplinary actions. Coordinate training requirements and provide guidance on performance.

Required Skills:

  • Client Focus: Strong focus on client service management.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient in data centers management, security and compliance projects, network management, disaster recovery, service transition, and vendor management.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate between business partners, customers, end-users, and technical teams.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • ITIL and Agile Methodology: Good knowledge and application of ITIL and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven management experience in infrastructure and application environments.
  • Ability to mentor and motivate technical teams.
  • Experience with cost optimization programs and resource allocation management.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
