Amazon seeks a highly motivated HR Ops Admin to implement HR strategies that support business initiatives and deliver measurable results. You will handle tasks ranging from employee engagement to onboarding and statutory compliance, ensuring smooth HR operations and acting as a crucial link between employees, business leaders, and HR teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement employee surveys, analyze results, and assist HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in action planning.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams for onboarding new associates based on business needs.
• Partner with business leaders to maintain an engaged and motivated workforce.
• Be the first point of contact for employee grievances and collaborate with HRBPs on investigations.
• Provide MIS support for attrition analysis, prepare dashboards, and highlight trends from exit interviews.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives such as mentoring programs, round tables, and reward & recognition programs.
• Support career pathing initiatives and partner with L&D teams for conducting training needs assessments.
• Conduct regular vendor audits to ensure labor compliance and handle statutory compliance.

Basic Qualifications:

• 6+ months of human resources experience.
• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Experience working in confidential environments.
• 6+ months of Microsoft Office products experience.
• High school or equivalent educational qualification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of human resources experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with 1+ years of experience.
• MBA is preferred.
