Amazon Shipping seeks a Client Servicing Associate to manage and grow B2B relationships with key shippers, especially D2C brands and SMBs, using Amazon’s vast shipping network. The role involves developing client servicing strategies, resolving shipper issues, and maintaining strong relationships to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, preferably within the shipping and logistics industry, with a knack for working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a positive experience to assigned shippers and resolve all queries.
• Develop a customized client servicing strategy for each shipper.
• Align shipper expectations with Amazon Shipping’s internal systems and operational capabilities.
• Proactively address service parameters like operations, claims, and escalations.
• Follow standard operating processes to scale functions efficiently.
• Utilize local knowledge and data to refine the business value proposition.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B client servicing or customer service.
• Experience with data analysis and formula creation in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Ability to use data for root cause elimination and process improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, or logistics.
• Experience working in e-commerce or logistics.
• Deep understanding of the B2C transportation landscape in India, with prior interactions with shippers.
• Additional language knowledge would be an added advantage.
