Key Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager at Bharti Airtel Limited, you will be responsible for:
- Sales and Service Excellence: Ensuring the delivery of Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud services), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line Business within your assigned territory.
- New Account Break-in (Hunting): Identifying and securing new accounts for data, voice, and fixed line services.
- Cross-Selling: Promoting multiple product lines to both existing and new customers.
- Funnel Management: Building and maintaining a healthy sales funnel across all three Lines of Business with designated maturity levels.
- Market Intelligence: Monitoring competition plans, collecting market insights, and planning sales interventions accordingly.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Negotiation and Order Closure: Negotiating and closing orders/contracts to maximize revenue.
- Business Development: Upselling and cross-selling with existing clients to develop new business opportunities.
- Solution Delivery: Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions to meet client needs.
