About the Job:
As a Venue Manager at OYO Rooms, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of venues and driving sales and profitability. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Lead Management: Ensuring all incoming customer leads are connected through the calling app, maximizing lead conversion, and achieving sales targets.
- Revenue Management: Maintaining healthy customer and owner relationships, executing effective marketing solutions, and ensuring revenue flow.
- Target Achievement: Generating and collecting revenue effectively across venues and products/packages.
- Stakeholder Management: Ensuring smooth operations at the venue by managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Event Supervision: Overseeing the smooth execution of events to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Contract Signing: Entering into sales booking contracts with customers on behalf of OYO Rooms.
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C/inside sales.
- Prior experience in the hotel/events/hospitality sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English and the respective local language.
- Willingness to travel to assigned venues (travel reimbursement applicable).
- Own a smartphone (Android version 7 or above with call recording facility) and a Windows 10 laptop (phone reimbursement and device allowance provided).
- Preferably own a two-wheeler for conveyance.
- Willing to work 6 days a week (weekends working, week-off between Monday-Thursday).
