As part of this mission, the Account Manager role in the Retail Business Services (RBS) Vendor Success Program (VSP) team offers an exciting opportunity to help shape vendor growth and success for Amazon's US retail operations.

Location: ADCI - Karnataka

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth: Drive vendor performance by developing strategies that boost growth and enhance the customer experience. Analyze key metrics to identify growth opportunities and deliver results.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and business advocate.
  • Process Excellence: Leverage customer feedback, market trends, and performance metrics to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency. Identify scalable improvements and create accountability across teams.

Qualifications:

  • Basic:
    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in client or vendor-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation.
    • Proficient in analyzing data to assess performance drivers.
  • Preferred:
    • Proven ability to build relationships, resolve conflicts, and drive collaborative solutions.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to assess and analyze internal and external campaign metrics to generate insights.

Shift Timing: USA shift (04:00 pm IST - 01:00 am IST)
