Are you a skilled Software Development Engineer with a passion for SAP BASIS Administration? Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Analyze requirements, design, and develop multiple components of application code, implementing solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to provide solutions and resolve problems affecting both your immediate and extended teams.
• Code Testing: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the application code, ensuring it meets performance standards.
• Maintenance & Enhancements: Perform maintenance and enhancements on applications, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization of system performance.
• Team Leadership: Take a leadership role in guiding your team through critical decision-making processes, driving effective solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must-Have: Strong proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration with a solid grasp of system installation, configuration, and user management.
• Good-to-Have: Experience with SAP HANA DB Administration is a plus.
• SAP Expertise: Extensive experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and SAP transport management.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth system operation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: 15 years of full-time education.
• Experience: At least 7.5 years in SAP BASIS Administration.
