Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Act as the subject matter expert (SME), guiding and managing teams to design and deliver CRM solutions.
• Collaboration: Engage with multiple teams to make critical decisions and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Project Management: Oversee the design, build, and configuration of CRM applications, ensuring smooth and successful project delivery.
• Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and decision-making.
• Troubleshooting: Lead the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring CRM systems are optimized and performing well.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must-Have: Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical with a minimum of 7.5 years of relevant experience.
• CRM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of CRM customization, configuration, and integration with other systems.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and technical issue resolution skills.
• CRM Best Practices: Familiarity with CRM best practices and ability to apply them effectively to enhance team performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: 15 years of full-time education.
• Experience: At least 7.5 years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
