Job Title: Full Lifecycle Recruiter-I

The Full Lifecycle Recruiter-I is responsible for talent acquisition across various roles and teams. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and candidate generation to partnering with hiring managers, providing strategic and tactical recruitment solutions, and ensuring a great candidate experience. You will need to possess strong market knowledge, stay updated with business and hiring trends, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective hiring strategies.

The recruiter must be able to manage multiple searches, set benchmarks and metrics, prioritize tasks, and meet service-level agreements (SLAs) in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Hiring Teams: Develop effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches tailored to meet hiring needs.
  • Passive Candidate Recruitment: Identify, profile, and engage passive candidates, understanding their motivations and fit for the role.
  • Candidate Screening and Interviewing: Screen and interview candidates according to position requirements, providing a timely and accurate candidate slate.
  • Build Candidate Networks: Conduct proactive market research, maintain a pipeline of potential candidates, and build relationships with top talent.
  • Effective Communication: Ensure smooth communication between hiring managers, interview teams, and candidates during the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Propose and implement strategies for long-term recruitment success and continuous improvement.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a great candidate experience by acting as an advocate throughout the hiring process.
  • Special Projects: Participate in projects related to improving recruitment practices, such as interviewing techniques and talent identification for senior roles.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate from a reputable university.
  • Experience: 0-4 years of work experience in talent acquisition.
  • Market Knowledge: Proficient in social media recruiting and aware of current market trends.
  • Tech and Business Talent Sourcing: Experience in recruiting for roles such as Product, Program, Sales, Tech Engineering, and senior leadership positions.
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple searches, projects, and relationships simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Analytic Skills: Ability to create, measure, and scale effective recruitment workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
  • Consulting Skills: Strong consulting abilities, with experience in team collaboration and leadership.
