As a Sales Manager - Private Education, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, acquiring and retaining private education accounts, and driving Lenovo solutions in retention accounts through upselling. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets in terms of volume, revenue, market share, profitability, and regional penetration.
- Account Management: Acquire, develop, and retain private education accounts, focusing on increasing Lenovo solutions through upsell in retention accounts.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the business opportunity pipeline and maintain business hygiene in the allocated territory by achieving targets with linearity.
- Market Monitoring: Monitor customer, market, and competitor activities, and provide feedback to the organization.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to acquire and develop customers and drive fulfillment through partners.
- Revenue Growth: Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth across all product lines, focusing on premium mix and services sales.
- Operational Objectives: Contribute to regional sales operational objectives by providing regional sales information and strategic recommendations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Review sales progress and customer satisfaction on a quarterly basis.
- Legal Agreements: Maintain legal agreements with end customers where Lenovo is directly engaged in transaction fulfillment.
- Data Management: Maintain customer information and sales opportunities effectively.
Education/Qualification:
- A university degree from a well-recognized tertiary institution, preferably in a related discipline.
Work Experience and Skills:
- Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Teamwork: Strong team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
