IT Manager for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) & Web Presence
Position Overview:
ITC Foods is seeking an experienced IT Biz Partner for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) & Web Presence to lead and maintain our digital assets. This role involves collaborating with Marketing and Brand teams to shape, develop, and manage digital platforms, websites, and content creation sites for our brands, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design: Lead the design and development of high-performing AEM solutions for scalable and available systems.
- Cross-Platform Integration: Architect solutions across Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Target, Analytics, Campaign, CDP).
- Project Leadership: Lead large-scale digital platform and website migration projects, particularly moving from legacy technology to AEM.
- Digital Brand Experience: Collaborate with business teams to create digital brand experiences across websites, blogs, and communities.
- Data & Performance Management: Drive 1P data acceleration, oversee SEO, web performance, and ensure optimal site monitoring and management.
- Solution Integration: Integrate AEM with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms, translating complex requirements into architectural designs.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct testing to ensure AEM solutions meet functional, performance, and security standards.
- Tech Integration: Work on new technology integration, such as GenAI, to enhance the digital platform for brand websites.
- Standardization: Standardize marketing technology across ITC's FMCG businesses.
- Vendor Management: Manage external vendor teams for project deliverables, contracts, and commercials.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 6-10 years of overall experience in IT and web content management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe AEM/CQ5, including 2+ full-cycle AEM project implementations.
- Must have worked on AEM 6.2 or newer versions.
- Certifications:
- AEM certifications or related certifications in web content management are preferred.
- Skills:
- Expertise in AEM templates, components, dialogs, and bundles.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java/J2EE.
- Familiarity with Sling web framework, Apache Felix OSGi, CQ5 building blocks, and Sling Models.
- Knowledge of Multi-Site Manager (MSM) and AEM Cloud Manager.
- Experience with AEM integration with CRM and other platforms.
- Ability to manage the full cycle from design to deployment and collaborate with QA, UX, and IT teams.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with other CMS platforms and AEM integration with commerce systems like Adobe Magento.
