Security Executive

Job Description:

The Security Executive will be responsible for overseeing the security and safety operations within the campus, managing traffic discipline, and ensuring the well-being of staff, guests, and visitors. This role also involves maintaining campus cleanliness, supporting the administration, and coordinating with external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Material Movement: Supervise and manage the flow of materials within the campus.
2. Campus Traffic Management:
   • Enforce traffic discipline for two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
   • Attend to traffic-related issues and ensure zero accidents within the campus.
   • Maintain pedestrian pathways, zebra crossings, humps, and traffic signage.
3. Ambulance Management: Ensure the smooth management and availability of ambulance services.
4. Parking Management:
   • Manage separate parking for two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
   • Issue parking stickers and ensure there is no blockage or wrong parking in the campus.
   • Conduct regular campus rounds to assess traffic conditions.
5. External Area Housekeeping:
   • Coordinate tree inspection, trimming, and horticultural maintenance.
   • Maintain lawns, landscapes, and common area restrooms.
   • Oversee garbage and waste disposal by coordinating with external vendors.
6. Security and Administrative Support:
   • Prepare security duty rosters and maintain attendance.
   • Manage visitor lounges, courier services, and security gadgets such as ID cards, printers, walkie-talkies, baggage scanners, and turnstiles.
   • Liaise with the police, fire departments, and attend to fire emergencies.
   • Train security personnel to ensure preparedness and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Candidate Preference: Female candidates only.
• Experience:
• Previous service experience in armed forces or administrative roles in large corporate offices/public sector offices handling multi-tenant properties or IT Tech Parks.
• Proven ability to manage security operations, fire safety, and general safety.
• Strong leadership skills for managing security personnel, ensuring vigilance, and implementing best security practices.
