Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Planning: Develop annual and quarterly business plans that achieve or surpass revenue and profit objectives for autonomous customer business.
  • Market Strategy: Define strategies and programs to ensure comprehensive market and customer coverage.
  • Channel Motion: Work across sub-segments to drive the "One Lenovo Channel" motion in the marketplace.
  • Demand Generation: Collaborate with channel partners on demand-generation activities to boost customer acquisition and increase the sales funnel.
  • Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify potential business issues and develop plans to mitigate them.
  • Partner Interaction: Conduct regular MBR (Monthly Business Review) & QBR (Quarterly Business Review) with T2 partners to gather feedback and plan business strategies.
  • Market Trends: Stay informed on local marketplace trends and seasonal demand changes, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Customer Feedback: Provide insights and feedback to product teams regarding customer needs and demands.
  • Business Performance: Track and report on business performance regularly within the business management framework.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities align with control and compliance processes.
  • Business Review: Present business performance and future plans to senior management.
