Sales Associate, Direct Sales – Amazon (Maharashtra)

Amazon is looking for a Sales Associate in Direct Sales who is passionate about e-commerce, strategic yet hands-on, and has the drive to build long-term partnerships with third-party sellers. This role is designed for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who will focus on growing Amazon's seller services by recruiting and managing small to medium businesses and large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand Amazon Services: Articulate the functions and benefits of Amazon's services to external audiences.
• Target Market Segments: Help define the seller base and industry verticals Amazon should focus on to align with the global seller business strategy.
• Seller Acquisition: Identify and establish relationships with retailers that offer valuable selection, driving competitive pricing and product variety on Amazon.
• Long-Term Partnerships: Build lasting business relationships with sellers by providing them with the necessary training and tools to become self-reliant.
• Performance Monitoring: Track the performance and sales metrics of key partners to ensure their success on the platform.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and senior executives to negotiate deals and streamline business processes for optimal seller satisfaction.
