What You’ll Do:
- Cloud Service Management: Lead the deployment of next-generation cloud infrastructure, ensuring that new services meet high-volume deployment specifications.
- Data-Driven Improvements: Analyze data to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the predictability, agility, and quality of capacity deployment systems.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with partner engineering teams across Microsoft to drive projects from requirements through launch, maintaining complex project schedules and mitigating risks.
- Leadership and Communication: Provide technical leadership with integrity, influence partner teams, and communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience in engineering, technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems, data center infrastructure, and cloud services engineering.
- Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects, and working with distributed partner engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of project management experience, with skills in reading and/or writing code.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence within a matrixed organization.
Compensation:
- Base Pay Range: USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year (varies by location, with higher ranges in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City).
