Senior Associate - Catalog, Prime Video DigiFlex

As a Senior Associate for Prime Video DigiFlex, your primary responsibility is to maintain the quality of the video catalog by performing tasks related to content management. You will work on various elements like metadata, images, subtitles, and audio/video assets to ensure a seamless viewing experience for Prime Video customers. The role involves making judgment-based decisions following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performing quality checks across multiple devices.

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute Day-to-Day Tasks: Follow instructions to complete tasks such as fixing metadata, images, and other video assets.
2. Meet Targets: Achieve service level agreements (SLA), production, and quality goals.
3. Maintain Work Records: Update trackers and workflow tools to document daily tasks.
4. Contribute to Innovation: Participate in ideation and continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English.
• Experience: 2–3 years in Digital Media Operations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to perform quality checks on video, audio, and subtitle files.
• Skills to deep-dive into issues and identify root causes.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
