Business Analyst , AOP - GSF Analytics
As a Business Analyst for the AOP - GSF Analytics team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), analytical frameworks, and dashboards that inform key business decisions. You will also engage in creating ad-hoc reports, performing dive-deep requests, and providing critical data support for operations stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of business requirements, a keen attention to detail, and an interest in analytics, business intelligence (BI), and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Maintain Metrics: Design, develop, and maintain ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards that help drive key business decisions.
- Data Validation & Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy by validating new and existing data resources.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to automate or enhance existing processes.
- Analytics & Framework Improvement: Gain an understanding of how data frameworks translate into on-the-ground business operations and suggest improvements.
- Innovation: Propose new and innovative ideas to enhance or create new data-related projects.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
- Data & Metrics Skills: Experience defining business requirements and using data and metrics for business insights.
- Data Visualization Tools: Proficiency in tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- SQL/ETL: Experience with SQL or ETL processes.
- Programming Knowledge: Familiarity with Python, VBA, Macros, or Selenium scripts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Tableau: Hands-on experience working with Tableau.
- Handling Large Datasets: Experience working with very large datasets.
