Job Title: Video Production Manager
As a Video Production Manager for Creative Studios Video Incentives, you will oversee the video production process with internal teams and third-party production companies. Your role will be essential in managing workflows, ensuring videos are delivered on time, within budget, and are compliant with Amazon’s standards and policies. You'll work collaboratively with stakeholders across product, sales, services, and operations teams to remove bottlenecks, drive production, and ensure the overall success of video campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Production Workflows: Oversee the full video production process, including third-party production teams, ensuring the timely and policy-compliant delivery of video content.
- Customer Feedback: Translate customer feedback into actionable production and program requirements.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (product, sales, services, and operations) to streamline the production process and deliver exceptional results.
- Escalation Management: Anticipate bottlenecks, provide solutions to balance business needs and technical constraints, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Vision & Metrics: Contribute to defining the vision and performance metrics of video production programs.
- Troubleshooting: Communicate project statuses and troubleshoot any potential issues.
- Final Assets: Archive and ensure final assets are delivered.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Monitor video production processes and ensure all video projects are delivered within budget, on time, and compliant with Amazon's policies.
- Work closely with program, product, and account teams to enhance brand production mechanisms, including scorecards, creative standards, and case studies.
- Attend key meetings (kick-off calls, briefs, and editorial post-production feedback sessions) and manage project timelines.
- Balance competing priorities while managing cross-functional teams and escalating production issues when needed.
About the Team:
The Creative Studios Video Incentives team is responsible for bringing Amazon video ad campaigns to life, growing brands through video content, and driving product awareness. The team’s mandate includes offering a comprehensive suite of video solutions to Amazon’s advertisers, helping them reach their target audience with innovative and engaging video content.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior management.
- Proven 4+ years experience in cross-functional program/project management.
- Experience driving creative strategy and end-to-end video delivery.
- Familiarity with video advertising and advertising technology.
- Ability to analyze data and derive business insights.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dedicated experience as a Video Producer or Video Campaign Manager.
- Experience delivering final video production for advertising.
- Experience in video localization and transcreation for multiple markets.
- Passion for advertising and new media.
- Experience in streaming video or AVOD (Ad-supported video on demand).
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a communications or media-related field.
