AI Data Trainer (French), Operations Team

The Alexa Shopping Operations team focuses on dataset generation and annotation to improve the shopping experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs). By enabling AI training through Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), this role will contribute to improving Amazon's AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate datasets for training AI models and create text-based user input content.
• Validate data per annotation guidelines to ensure high accuracy and quality.
• Perform data curation to produce quality datasets for AI models.
• Collaborate with team members to improve process efficiency and explore automation.
• Work to enhance productivity and effectiveness in data generation and annotation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Computer Science, or English.
• 1+ years of experience in content or editorial writing.
• Proficiency in French (B2.2/BA/Advanced Diploma in verbal, written, and reading comprehension).
• Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Organizational skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as an AI trainer or knowledge of AI/NLP.
• Familiarity with AI interaction, prompt generation, and OpenAI tools.
• Cambridge language certifications are a plus.
