Qualifications:
Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience: 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Skills: Strong design, coding, debugging, teamwork, partnership, and communication skills.
- Leadership: Experience in leading large development teams to achieve complex goals on time and on budget.
- Problem Solving: Ability to find shippable solutions despite conflicting or ambiguous requirements.
Other Requirements:
- Candidates must pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
Preferred:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in designing, building, and shipping software at scale, with at least 3 years in team leadership and people management.
