Role: Customer Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Address customer inquiries, including order and product questions, payment issues, and website guidance.
  • Utilize various tools to navigate, research, and provide customer solutions.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.

Working Hours:

  • Variable hours are required to meet customer needs.
  • Shift patterns range from overnight, day, and late shifts, typically totaling a minimum of 40 hours per week (e.g., 4x10 hours or 5x8 hours).
  • Operating hours are from 6 am to 11 pm, Sunday to Monday.
  • Work on national holidays may be required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 years old.
  • Must have the right to work in India.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using a computer.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including early, late, overnight, and weekends.
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space (desk and chair).
  • Minimum broadband connection of 100MB download and 20MB upload speed via hard-wired Ethernet (no Wi-Fi).
