Key Responsibilities
- Lead Program Delivery: Support long-term business objectives that are complex and integrated.
- Scope Definition: Create clear scope definitions across all areas of the program, including planning, communications, change management, and implementation.
- Roadmap Management: Design, develop, and manage complex integrated roadmaps and delivery plans in a dynamic environment.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Provide strategic and tactical thought leadership while driving program delivery; produce program reporting to executive stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Capture, resolve, and escalate risks and impediments to ensure effective and unencumbered program delivery.
- Executive Support: Support senior-level executives and create C-level presentation materials to communicate program-level status and information.
Eligibility Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: At least 10 years of project management experience with expertise in Agile methodology.
- Telecommunications Background: Prior experience with telecommunications engagements preferred (hardware, video, telephone).
- Project Management: Able to manage multiple large concurrent technology programs or portfolios.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels, including Senior Executives.
- Independent Work: Define, plan, and execute technical projects independently; articulate rationale for trade-offs and prioritizations.
- Team Motivation: Motivate teams to solve problems and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Influencing Skills: Outstanding influencing skills to drive large-scale technical delivery.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with planning and task management tools (Gantt, Jira) and common project management practices.
- Technology Experience: Experience with the latest technologies (e.g., AI) is a plus.
Compensation
In the US, the target base salary for this role is $180,000-$200,000. Compensation is based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Most candidates offered roles at our company are expected to fall within this range.
