Job Description
As a Senior Consultant in Organization Transformation (OT), you will be expected to perform various activities within the firm:
Responsibilities:
- Manage project tasks independently, and direct, coach, and supervise consultants and analysts based on the nature of the assignment.
- Lead a project team with guidance from Manager/Sr. Manager/Director.
- Collaborate with different stakeholder teams to develop Change and Learning content deliverables that meet client needs.
- Maintain and expand client and internal stakeholder relationships through high-quality work.
- Contribute to and manage new business proposals, client presentations, and end-to-end proposal development.
- Seek personal and professional development for self, including consulting skills and experiences expansion.
- Lead the execution of the day-to-day plan set by the Deloitte Human Capital team lead.
- Provide implementation assistance as required.
- Contribute to practice building and other internal practice initiatives.
Learning (Instructional Design) Responsibilities:
- Lead/manage high-quality Learning interventions (e.g., training approach, needs analysis, curriculum, vILTs, expert-led trainings, self-paced trainings, digital learning products, performance support tools).
- Oversee conceptualization and delivery of design projects.
- Manage Learning projects or deliverables to a business-ready standard with limited oversight.
- Communicate effectively and participate in discussions with the team or client to suggest new ideas and designs.
- Develop content and direct creative execution to provide consistent, targeted, and impactful messages.
- Contribute ideas for new programs, research, and recommend innovative branding techniques.
- Measure and analyze current learning efforts.
- Align and use appropriate images, typography, graphics, and layouts according to client’s brand guidelines.
- Manage design research, storyboarding, brainstorming, and design reference sessions.
- Stay updated on competitive design landscape to understand client’s objectives and industry trends.
Skills Required
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Good knowledge of technology transformation projects.
- Good knowledge of ERP applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, SalesForce).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Basic knowledge in Adobe Captivate/Articulate Storyline 360/SAP Enable Now.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to develop persuasive messages.
- Initiative, strategic and artistic thinking, and interaction with all levels of management.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Relevant work experience of 5 to 7 years or more as an Instructional Designer, digital content creator, or related role preferably with corporate.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating passion for designing clean and creative designs or collaterals.
