Key Responsibilities:

2. Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues promptly, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions. Escalate complex cases to higher levels of support when necessary.
3. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions. Update databases and CRM systems with relevant information.
4. Technical Assistance: Offer basic technical support for HCL products and services. Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide instructions for resolving technical problems.
5. Customer Feedback: Gather and document customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings. Communicate recurring issues to the management team for continuous improvement.
