Job Description

Sonata Software is seeking a highly skilled Functional Consultant to join their Microsoft Dynamics team. This role is perfect for professionals who have a strong background in implementing and managing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation Leadership: Led multiple full-cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for clients in manufacturing, retail, and distribution sectors.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborated with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Module Configuration: Configured D365 F&O modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory Management, and Procurement to align with client processes.
• Custom Solutions Development: Developed custom solutions using Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps) and Azure integrations to extend D365 F&O functionalities.
• Data Migration: Conducted data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during transition phases.
• Training and Support: Provided end-user training sessions and post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of D365 F&O.
• Documentation: Documented technical designs, configuration changes, and user guides for reference and future enhancements.
