Job Description and Requirements
As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Lenovo, you will manage large enterprise accounts across the North-east region, responsible for achieving the sales quota on a quarterly basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of successful track record in channel sales/direct sales in the IT market, preferably in a people management role. Experience in handling BFSI clients and working with large enterprise/public sector customers is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue and Profits: Responsible for driving revenue and profits in assigned territory through business partners.
- Relationship Management: Hold relationships with key partners and build Lenovo ISG (Infrastructure Solution Group - Servers, Storage & HCI Focus) brand value proposition in the marketplace.
- Deal Cultivation: Cultivate large deals with direct end-customer engagements and drive them to closure with support from cross-functional teams and country channel managers.
- Consultative Selling: Establish trust and confidence with channels and customers using a consultative selling approach to address customer pain points.
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage channel opportunities from identification, creation, progression, to closure.
- Partner Marketing: Plan and execute partner marketing activities, promotions, and incentives. Ensure partner enablement and certification in conjunction with country channel organizations.
- Compliance: Ensure business partners' compliance with Lenovo standards of business conduct and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years of successful channel sales/direct sales experience in the IT market.
- Experience in enterprise sales with large enterprise/public sector customers.
- Proven track record in driving revenue and profits.
- Strong relationships with top enterprise/public sector/BFSI clients.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams across geographies.
- Any graduate degree.
