Overview:

The Integration and Technical Infrastructure Manager (ITIM) is responsible for program management of all integration and technical infrastructure fit-out activities associated with Microsoft-owned systems/services and critical infrastructure. This role involves coordinating various scopes and interdependencies between external and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth handover process to Microsoft Operations teams and business groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for a safe worksite and implement the Microsoft High Risk Activity (HRA) program.
  • Coordinate internal Microsoft scope and resource efforts with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Oversee telecom materials procurement, installation of telecoms and security systems, and facility Corporate Network setup.
  • Align metro-wide delivery strategies to local team objectives and manage a continuous improvement program.
  • Manage stakeholder dependencies and construction deliverables with Microsoft Security, IT, DCI NE, Networking, and Integrated Services.
  • Report project progress on scope, schedule, and budget for the US-East Region.
  • Maintain practices for cost-effective solutions and manage the selection, contracting, and integration of multiple vendors.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years related experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in IT fit out or construction-related project management.
  • 3+ years experience in Safety Management on a construction/fit-out project.

Preferred:

  • PMI (Project Management Institute) – PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
  • BICSI RCDD or similar Telecommunications Design/Installation Experience.
  • Experience managing large-scale data center projects with both localized and virtual teams.
  • Client or contractor side data center construction or management experience.

Salary:

  • Typical base pay range: $115,000 - $200,300 per year.
  • San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area range: $146,200 - $219,200 per year.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
