Key Responsibilities:
Media Strategy:
- Collaborate with media agencies to finalize the media strategy and ensure adherence to the budget.
Media Planning:
- Develop an effective media plan, including media mix, target market, and budget allocation in coordination with media agencies.
- Monitor and ensure the execution aligns with the agreed proposals.
- Regularly review outcomes, track brand health, and update the brand team on media landscape changes.
- Report on the Annual Plan vs. actual execution and oversee media intelligence reporting.
- Monitor and report the media agency's deliverables to the Media Manager.
Media Innovations:
- Create innovative media solutions and guide partners for successful execution.
- Monitor and measure the outcomes of media innovations.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in media planning and execution.
- Experience across multiple media streams (Planning, Buying, Digital content) is an advantage.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA in Marketing or Media.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in media planning for TV, Print, Radio, and Digital platforms.
- Understanding of consumer behavior and marketing fundamentals (e.g., positioning strategy, brand building).
