Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee project tracking, staffing, and communication.
• End-to-End Project Management: Manage entire SDLC, report on status, track resourcing, and manage risks.
• Agile Methodology: Implement and manage projects using Agile methodology.
• Change Management: Handle change/transformation projects, understanding both business and technical aspects.
• Stakeholder Communication: Document and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Client Interaction: Interface with client stakeholders to resolve issues and coordinate as needed.
• Global Project Management: Manage medium-large software projects, especially with multiple global teams.

Required Skills and Experience

• Investment Banking Experience: Minimum of 5 years in investment banking middle office, technology, and project management.
• Agile Development: Demonstrable experience in software development using Agile methodology.
• Communication Skills: Ability to document and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Change Liaison: Experience working as the liaison between business and technology in change management.
• Project Management: Experience managing medium-large projects, especially global projects.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analysis, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Team Player: Adaptable, motivated self-starter who works well in teams.
• Banking/Capital Markets Knowledge: Understanding of reference data systems and models.
• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, client relationships, and ongoing projects.
• Innovative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and innovate.

Soft Skills
