Job Description and Responsibilities
As a Partner Marketing Manager at Secureworks, you will be responsible for planning and managing marketing-initiated activities with our partner community within the allocated budgetary guidelines and deadlines. Your role will involve developing and executing various activities by collaborating with internal and external resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-channel Partnership Programs: Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel partnership programs and marketing campaigns to drive demand generation.
- Strategy Enhancement: Work with the marketing leadership to enhance the growth of partnership marketing strategies.
- Marketing Collateral: Collaborate across the marketing team to design partner collateral, including presentations, emails, brochures, case studies, etc.
- Partner Communication: Develop an effective communications framework to inform partners of promotions, solution updates, etc.
- Joint Marketing Plans: Recommend solutions and develop joint marketing plans with partners.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent written, communication, and verbal skills.
- Mindset: Dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in PR, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of marketing experience in a partner-facing role.
- B2B SaaS Marketing: Proficiency in B2B SaaS marketing is a bonus.
- Software Knowledge: Knowledge of SaaS marketing automation software and a solid grasp of Salesforce or a related PRM software.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of associates.
